Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, compile, and submit product files to the regulator by organizing all policy documents, tracking submissions, and following regulatory procedures to ensure full compliance and secure approval.
  • Support the drafting and execution of Bancassurance agreements by accurately documenting contracts, securing signatures, and monitoring renewal dates to maintain valid partnerships with banking partners.
  • Act as the focal point for Bank Coordinators in the regulatory lifecycle by preparing and submitting branch approvals, IR allocations, and license renewals to the regulator to ensure all regulatory requirements are met on time.
  • Collaborate with Reinsurers for treaty documents by ensuring contracts are signed, archived, and submitted to the regulator to maintain compliance and proper documentation of reinsurance agreements.
  • Maintain a version-controlled product library by updating concept cards and policy documents systematically to provide accurate, up-to-date legal documents for audits and operational use.
  • Assist with market research and legal coordination by collecting data, analyzing competition, and liaising with Legal and Compliance to fast-track document reviews and support informed product decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications: br>

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar majors.
  • 1 - 3 Years of experience in market research or governance roles (Legal/compliance).
