Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and implement production processes for assembly lines (SE-SE).
- Optimize production flows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze existing processes and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve process-related problems.
- Participate in the testing and validation of new equipment and processes.
- Monitor technical modifications and ensure their compliance.
- Collaborating with quality teams to ensure compliance with norms and standards.
- Identify non-conformities, analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
- develop and maintain technical documents related to production processes (procedures, work instructions, control plans).
- Ensure the reporting of process performance indicators.
- Train operators and technicians on new processes and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and propose improvement actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+2/+5 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field.
- 2-5 years experience in production engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Mastery of French and English.
