Specialist Psychiatrist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Psychiatrist to join a mental health and rehabilitation service in Dubai. The role focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with mental health disorders, addiction, and substance use disorders, within a structured and multidisciplinary care environment.

The Specialist Psychiatrist will work closely with consultants, psychologists, therapists, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses
• Manage and treat patients with:
• Mental health disorders
• Substance use disorders
• Addiction-related conditions
• Rehabilitation needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and adjust psychotropic medications as clinically indicated
• Provide regular follow-ups and ongoing psychiatric care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure integrated care
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, ethical standards, and facility policies
• Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement activities
