A Specialist in Quality Assurance plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of product and process quality. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Review and analyze quality data to identify areas needing improvement.

• Monitor production processes and identify deviations from quality standards.
• Draft and maintain detailed reports on quality assurance activities and metrics.

• Research and adopt industry best practices for quality management.
• Ensure products meet all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality compliance.
• Continuously review and enhance the quality assurance strategy and framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a quality assurance role.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proven experience with various quality management systems and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
• Experience with quality audit procedures and corrective action plans.
