Roles & Responsibilities

What's on your plate?

  • Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies for our riders.

  • Develop and design visual content for various digital media platforms, including in-app messages and websites.

  • Work with the rider experience team to develop content strategies and ensure content alignment with the engagement strategy.

  • Organize and coordinate engagement activities such as appreciation events, contests, and recognition programs.

  • Gather rider feedback regularly through surveys, focus groups, or interviews to improve their experience.

  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor rider satisfaction, value proposition, retention, and engagement metrics.

  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels.Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, communications, or community engagement (preferably in delivery, logistics, or ride-hailing industries).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and Canva is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills.
