Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in developing project scope, timelines, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility and collaboration.
Support the coordination of internal resources for the successful execution of project deliverables.
Help communicate project timelines and expectations to stakeholders effectively.
Engage in strong communication across functions and assist in developing and applying project management standards, tools, and systematic processes.
Report on project progress, build tools to support the reporting, and update local stakeholders on outcomes, challenges, and opportunities.
Project Focus:
- Analyze Business Growth: Focus on evaluating the growth of our business, with particular attention to Sales team performance and restaurant inventory.
- Forecasting and Collaboration: Work closely with other functions to develop accurate forecasts for vendor acquisition, churn, retention, and overall performance.
- Market and Vendor Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and vendor insights to uncover growth opportunities and create strategies to expand our inventory.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and customer insights to understand vendor behavior, identify gaps, and develop targeted tactics to improve retention rates and reduce churn.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of initiatives, ensuring we maximize the impact on inventory growth and identify areas for further improvement.
- Churn Vendors Reactivations : Reactivating churned vendors to contribute to the growth of our inventory
Desired Candidate Profile
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed institution in a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience within the food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting industries (Experience in subscription-focused business is a plus).
Familiarity with data tools: SQL, Looker, etc.is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Experience with PowerPoint and Excel and/or Google Slides/Sheets.
Proven problem-solving skills, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and translating data into actionable insights.
Some experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or similar roles within the food tech industry or related sectors.
Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
