Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To assure SITA's competitive strength and business growth through the provision of the highest quality technical Service Operations to SITA customers.
Perform all Service Operations activities according to SITA standards and procedures maximizing customer satisfaction by the delivery of first-class support activities.n- To provide the highest level of Service Operation availability ensuring Systems and Products are properly configured and maintained. n- To assist the Service Operations team to ensure service delivery quality is maintained through direct assistance in implementing and improving working processes and procedures.
Incident Management
Respond to incidents reported through monitoring systems or user reports. Provide Service Operations support in alignment with SLAs and customer contracts. Track and manage incidents using platforms like ServiceNow. Responds to emails from customer and internal stakeholders Provide technical support for L1, L2 and up to L3.
Monitoring & Performance Management
Utilize Ngoss and other tools to continuously monitor the messaging environment. Identify and proactively resolve performance issues or abnormalities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSE or equivalent are highly desirable. Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration and support with hands on providing technical support L1, L2 and up to L3. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS. Experience with any network security technologies such as VPNs, firewalls, Load Balancers Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices with any of the vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto , Fortinet & F5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Ngoss .. etc Knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid cloud environments. Knowledge of security networking, Hands on is a great plus Ready to work in Shifts patterns 24x7.
