Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To assure SITA's competitive strength and business growth through the provision of the highest quality technical Service Operations to SITA customers.

Perform all Service Operations activities according to SITA standards and procedures, maximizing customer satisfaction by the delivery of first class support activities.

What You Will Do

  • Receiving incidents related to applications and services, analysing them and providing the required support work (Level 1).
  • communicating with technical team to complete the analysis of incidents and then resolving them.
  • monitoring the operation of system services 24 hours a day( Night shift only), ensuring that the incidents are resolved and then closed.
  • following work flow for handling incidents.
  • escalating incidents to Level2 support when incidents are impacting business, ensuring customer s satisfaction after resolving incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education.

Applicant must be a Saudi national to be considered for this position.

3 years of experience in providing technical support for enterprise IT systems.

Ability to work on night shifts only.
