Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide a coordinating role in the work of consultants engaged by AD Maritime inbr>the areas of Maritime policy, strategy, planning, regulation, sector development andbr>economic oversight.
Supervises requirements planning division and strategic projects,
Develop, monitor, track and report Maritime sector and AD Maritime Keybr>Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Scorecards and review them periodically bybr>engaging with relevant stakeholders and preparing reports.
Provide progress update on the development of Key Performance Indicators for thebr>AD Maritime functions and support managers and staff.
Contribute to the drafting of strategic plan in conformity with International, Federalbr>& Emirate legislation and with AD Maritime Strategic Plan.
Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on issues such as demographicbr>information, occupancy rates, and land use.
Supervises other planning personnel, such as consultants and developers
Perform any other duties as directed by the Manager./p>

Planning and directing an organization's strategic and long-range goals. Conductsbr>organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluatebr>operational effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of a bachelor s degree, preferable in maritime domain, or related tobr>strategy i.e Finance, business management, PMP, or equivalent
- Certification in Score cards, KPIS and Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plus
Language Skills:
- Arabic & English
Years of Experience:
- A minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Nature of Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role especially in Maritime or strategy field is a plus
