Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Planning & Execution Support

  • Assist in the preparation and update of Otech s Corporate Strategy, ensuring alignment with business-unit priorities and shareholder direction.
  • Support the annual Strategy & Operating Plan (AOP) process, collecting inputs from functions and aligning them with strategic themes and resource envelopes.
  • Translate strategic objectives into measurable OKRs and initiatives with defined owners and timelines.
  • Maintain initiative trackers, dependencies, and benefit realization dashboards.
  • Conduct environmental scanning, competitor benchmarking, and market trend analysis to inform strategy refresh cycles.

Performance Management & KPI Tracking

  • Support design and maintenance of corporate and departmental KPIs covering revenue, cost, customer, operational, and people dimensions.
  • Prepare and validate monthly and quarterly performance dashboards for leadership and Board reporting.
  • Track KPI progress against targets; highlight variances, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Consolidate data from multiple systems and owners, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Assist in performance review meetings and document follow-up decisions and actions.
  • Maintain KPI dictionaries, metadata, and definitions aligned to governance standards.

Portfolio Governance & Initiative Monitoring

  • Support portfolio governance for strategic programs, ensuring initiatives are updated with status, risks, and financial progress.
  • Facilitate periodic portfolio reviews and prepare executive summaries.
  • Track transformation milestones, stage gates, and benefits realization metrics.
  • Ensure alignment of initiative progress with OKRs and business targets.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare presentations and briefing materials for the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, Executive Leadership Team, and Board Committees.
  • Produce performance commentaries and variance analysis with actionable insights.
  • Design visual management reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools.
  • Coordinate input for quarterly and annual performance reviews across functions.

Process & Governance Support

  • Maintain governance calendars and performance management cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Support preparation of meeting agendas, documentation, and minutes for strategic and performance review meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to Delegations of Authority (DoA), documentation control, and audit readiness.
  • Support process documentation, playbooks, and templates for planning and performance management activities.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate data collection, KPI tracking, and report generation.
  • Recommend refinements in OKR or KPI frameworks to improve alignment and measurability.
  • Assist in training and awareness sessions for teams on OKR setting and KPI reporting discipline.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.

Postgraduate qualification in Strategy, Operations, or Business Analytics preferred

Certification Certifications in Balanced Scorecard, OKR frameworks, or Business Analysis preferred.

Experience 4 7 years of experience in strategy execution, business performance tracking, or PMO roles.

Exposure to KPI governance and strategic reporting in ICT or service-based organizations preferred.

Skills Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Data visualization and storytelling ability.

High attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.

Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.

Knowledge of OKR methodology and corporate planning cycles.
