Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the preparation and filing of all tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to proactively identify opportunities for tax savings and improve overall financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and legal, to ensure seamless integration of tax considerations into business operations and decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
Has a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in tax management, demonstrating a strong understanding of tax principles and regulations.
Demonstrates expertise in corporate tax, with a proven track record of tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
Exhibits in-depth knowledge of international tax concepts, including transfer pricing and cross-border transactions.
-Strong in Excel and tax data analysis, with around 3–4 years of experience in UAE direct tax and/or international tax.
-Good communication skills.
-Having a UAE Corporate Tax Compliance Diploma would also be a strong advantage.
