LEONI

– Assist in developing country and internal laboratory work instructions;
– Register new equipment;
– Monitors callibration frequencies;
– Periodically check of the equipment condition;
– Execute calibration internally and coordinate with external service providers;
– Execute maintenance needs for the lab equipment internally or by using external service provider or equipoment supplier;
– Supports Laboratory related reporting;
– Ensure compliance to lab KPIs;
– Verify calibration documents provided by external company and check them for approval and requalification;
– Perform laboratory tests;
– Evaluate results according to customer specifications and LEONI standards;
– Inform superiors and relvenat teams (quality and production) in case of negative results;
– Evaluate requalification tests of production equipment;
– Optimize all the calibration activities to lowest possible costs;
– Identify possible affected material in case of defect Measuring or Test- equipment
