Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Serve as a key front-line representative during assigned shifts, supporting the delivery of exceptional visitor service.

Welcome guests courteously and provide accurate information about facilities, programs, and activities
Monitor visitor flow, queue management, and facility readiness throughout the day.
Coordinate with reception, ticketing, and operations teams to resolve any guest-related issues efficiently.
Ensure all areas meet cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
Support the implementation of special events, group visits, and promotional activities as required.
Report incidents, feedback, or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors.
Contribute to training new staff in service procedures and guest engagement techniques.
Maintain accurate shift logs and visitor statistics.
Uphold Corallium s cultural and service values in every guest interaction.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

Years of Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism industries.

Other Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
