Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Maintain reception and switchboard.
  • Steer, coordinate, and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Purchase order creation and invoice processing.
  • Adhere to standards and applicable regulations and ensure quality assurance of assigned service areas.
  • Support with events, catering, and administrative support where required.
  • Ensuring office cleanliness standards are met.
  • Ensure office supplies and refreshments are managed.

  • All local adidas departments
  • Health and Safety team
  • External supply partners.
