Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your Tasks:

  • Act as the primary technical contact during specification and tendering phases, ensuring compliance with Saudi Building Codes, Mostadam, and local regulations

  • Provide technical consulting, product presentations, demonstrations, and training to consultants, key accounts, and project stakeholders

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, specifiers, and decision makers in the Saudi market

  • Support project penetration through active site presence across tendering and live projects

  • Develop technical submittals, datasheets, and specification documents aligned with project requirements

  • Identify and pursue specification driven business opportunities to support agreed sales targets

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine specification and commercial strategies

  • Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to ensure a structured, transparent project pipeline and effective lead handover

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline

  • 3 5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or business development within construction related environments

  • Solid technical knowledge of passive fire protection, insulation, acoustics, or HVAC related products

  • Proven understanding of the Saudi construction market, key stakeholders, and applicable codes and standards

  • Experience influencing technical decision makers through compliant, evidence based solutions

  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear specifications and submittals

  • Structured, analytical working style with strong stakeholder communication skills

  • Willingness to maintain regular site presence and engage actively across projects and accounts


Desired Candidate Profile
