Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver territory sales targets and lead key performance indicators.

Implement commercial strategies and act as a trusted advisor to HCPs, offering appropriate solutions.

Monitor product performance and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to country commercial strategy.

Support marketing activities and implement the annual operational plan, ensuring necessary medical and regulatory approvals.

Generate market intelligence and participate in forecasting aligned with trade and marketing teams.

Drive end-to-end patient solutions and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability and manage shelf-life.

Provide timely input to tender activities (pricing, RFQ follow-up) in coordination with the Business Unit Manager.

Work with market access to develop and implement territory access plans and clear account roadmaps.

Conduct effective external interactions with HCPs to drive disease and product awareness/education.

Prioritize efforts using market segmentation and targeting to optimize resource allocation.

Build relationships with scientific societies and key external experts to support patient care and advocacy.

Deliver patient-focused detailing with excellence in product and disease knowledge using approved materials.

Manage expenses within budget and optimize resource use.

Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi national.

Pharmacy degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration/card required.
