Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance communication skills in individuals with diverse needs, from children to adults.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, educators, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Implement innovative technology and tools to facilitate client communication.
  • Advocate for patients’ needs within educational and healthcare settings, ensuring access to necessary resources and support.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on recognizing and addressing speech and language difficulties.
  • Stay current with research and developments in the field to continuously improve therapeutic practices and client care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology/Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Speech Therapist
  • Strong understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments
  • DHA license or Eligibility letter is a must
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English
  • UAE experience is a plus
  • Immediate availability preferred
