• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports.
• Educate patients and their families about speech-language disorders and rehabilitation processes.
• Provide guidance and professional support to fellow speech therapists and healthcare staff.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in speech language pathology.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities regularly.
• Advocate for patients to access necessary resources and support services.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid license as a Speech Language Therapist.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across different age groups.
• Strong analytical skills to develop and evaluate personalized treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
