Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to pediatric and/or adult patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families about therapy plans and home exercises.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Oman MOH regulations and standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Master s Degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience (hospital or rehabilitation center preferred)
- Valid professional license in home country
- Eligible for Oman Dataflow
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage)
- Nationality : Indian or any Arabic
