Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and coordinating coaches contracts and training schedules.
- Monitor team attendance, discipline, and overall performance during practices and competitions.
- Register players, update team rosters, and maintain accurate records on the federation system.
- Coordinate logistics for tournaments, including transportation, accommodation, and uniforms.
- Communicate with departments and sports federations to facilitate participation in official events.
- Prepare and submit financial and administrative documents related to sports activities.
- Support the organization of internal tournaments and university sports events.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual reports and documentation of sports achievements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in sports club or university athletics preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends during tournaments.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
