Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Spray Painter is responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to furniture or other surfaces using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as required.
Mix paints and coatings to the correct consistency and color specifications.
Operate spray painting equipment safely and effectively.
Apply coatings evenly to achieve desired finish and thickness.
Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain spray equipment and ensure proper storage of materials.
Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 4 years in interior fit out company
Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in furniture or manufacturing.
Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and spraying techniques.
Ability to handle spray guns and related tools. Strong attention to detail and finish quality.
Awareness of safety standards and chemical handling procedures.
