Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure a smooth finish.
• Mix and match paint colors according to specifications, ensuring the correct shade and consistency.
• Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing, ensuring even coverage.
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality, identifying and correcting any imperfections or inconsistencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in spray painting is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spray painting role or similar position.
• Proficient in the use of spray painting equipment and tools, including airless and HVLP sprayers.
• Strong understanding of different paint types, their applications, and drying times.
