Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Mix, match, and apply paints and coatings according to specifications, ensuring color accuracy and finish consistency.
Operate spray painting equipment, maintaining optimal pressure and flow for flawless application.
High End luxury paint
Conduct quality control checks to identify imperfections and correct them prior to the final inspection.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; further education in fine arts or industrial painting is advantageous.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a spray painting role, preferably in automotive or industrial settings.
- Certification in OSHA safety standards is required to ensure compliance and safety in the workplace.
- Strong technical skills in operating various spray painting equipment and tools proficiently.
