Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Implement data persistence solutions using Hibernate and relational databases
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability
Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for coding standards and design patterns
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring timely root cause analysis
Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:
2 7 years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework
Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Practical experience with Hibernate and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka)
