Roles & Responsibilities

The Squad Leader will operate in a demanding technical environment including:

  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Solutions VMware Horizon / Omnissa
  • Virtualization platforms with shared GPUs (NVIDIA)
  • Linux environments , with a strong Red Hat (RHEL) dominance
  • Virtualized workstations oriented towards VDI 3D / high performance

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired profile

  • Proven experience as a Squad Leader / Agile Project Manager / Delivery Lead
  • Good understanding of VDI environments and complex IT infrastructures
  • Experience in coordinating multi-skilled technical teams
  • Ability to manage activities in an agile manner (Scrum / SAFe or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and operational follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in international environments
