Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Squad Leader will operate in a demanding technical environment including:
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Solutions VMware Horizon / Omnissa
- Virtualization platforms with shared GPUs (NVIDIA)
- Linux environments , with a strong Red Hat (RHEL) dominance
- Virtualized workstations oriented towards VDI 3D / high performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile
- Proven experience as a Squad Leader / Agile Project Manager / Delivery Lead
- Good understanding of VDI environments and complex IT infrastructures
- Experience in coordinating multi-skilled technical teams
- Ability to manage activities in an agile manner (Scrum / SAFe or equivalent)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and operational follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in international environments
