Sr. Accountant AMIT International Group FZE

• Perform all accounting functions required to maintain the general ledger in compliance with IFRS standards and company policies and procedures.

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including:

  • Daily invoice/bill processing

  • Journal entries

  • Weekly payment runs

  • Monthly accruals

  • Special accounting projects for multiple portfolio companies

• Reviewing reports and follow up with customers on overdue balances.

• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Research, register, and ensure compliance with state and local tax requirements.

• Analyze financial data, prepare monthly trend reports, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial statement accuracy.

• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including tracking and monthly depreciation.

• Assist external auditors by providing required documentation and support for the annual audit.

• Utilize SAP for financial data entry, processing, and reporting.
