Sr. Accounts Executive POWER LEASE VEHICLE RENTAL DMCC

We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive / Accountant with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle General Ledger entries and maintain accurate accounting records in Dynamics 365 Finance

• Perform books of accounts closing, including month-end and year-end closing activities

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Process vendor payments, obtain management approvals, and ensure timely and controlled disbursements

• Perform month-end activities, including accruals, provisions, adjustments, and verifications

• Reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) ledgers and resolve discrepancies

• Post and reconcile inter-company transactions to ensure accuracy across group entities

• Manage Fixed Assets (FA module) including asset creation, capitalization, depreciation, and disposals

• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 / Dynamics AX)

• Experience in Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting

• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial controls

• Good reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
