Operational: Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and address feedback. Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects, providing innovative and functional design solutions. Oversee the architectural team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all design work. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications, ensuring high quality and accuracy. Prepare Bid packages related to Central Design scope (as applicable) Consider creative solutions in designs that would reduce manpower requirements, cost, and/or time. Ensure the timely delivery of IFC " Issued for Construction " drawings inline to deliverable log and project plan Prepare deliverable list for the design discipline in line with the overall project schedule in coordination with the Planning function "Manage the interaction with authorities when needed to ensure the quick and delay-free issuance of all required permits." "Manage the process of scope clarity through RFI & workshop meetings with consultant/client to achieve clarity and traceability."
