The Job Description

1. Design and Develop Backend Services: Build scalable and robust backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
2. Microservices Architecture: Implement and manage microservices architecture with Spring Cloud.
3. Messaging Systems: Integrate Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging solutions.
4. Caching Mechanisms: Utilize Redis to optimize system performance through effective caching strategies.
5. Database Management: Develop and maintain MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.
7. Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure coding standards are maintained.
8. Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
9. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.

10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices to enhance our development processes.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
3. Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Java programming.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for messaging and streaming.
• Strong knowledge of Redis for caching solutions.
• Experience working with MongoDB, Oracle DB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus
