Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Drive analytical workstreams, including data collection, quantitative analysis, market research, and
competitive assessments.
Support the design and development of client recommendations by collaborating closely with
project teams and client stakeholders across various industries.
Contribute to business development efforts through proposal creation, client pitches, and case
study development.
Develop internal and external knowledge assets, including thought-leadership, frameworks, and
research papers.
Take part in firm-building activities such as recruiting, coaching junior team members, and
supporting internal capability development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Are eager to contribute ideas and take ownership from day one
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Can prioritize effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments
Bring a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consulting, financial services, strategy,
or related fields
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or
related disciplines
Are fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
