Sr. Business Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead process and project work streams within BPM projects, including process analysis, design, and improvement initiatives
• Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, and deliverables preparation for clients
• Maintain ARIS BPM models, apply changes, and develop technical documents, BRDs, and training materials
• Design To-Be business processes, perform GAP analysis, and support process migration in ARIS Business Designer
• Deliver ARIS training and awareness sessions, and supervise junior consultants while reviewing their work
• Attend client meetings, assist in workshops, and develop presentations and supporting materials
• Conduct research and desktop studies to support project delivery
• Perform miscellaneous project/work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5 7 years of professional experience in management consulting
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment across multiple projects
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Additional but not required: Visio, SQL, VBA, and coding experience
• Willingness and ability to learn consulting methodologies
