Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electromechanical contracting and supplies sector specially spiral wound gaskets, insulation joints and kits along expansion joints.
  • customers knock-on door visits and follow up meetings.
  • develop sales and marketing plans
  • prime mover !!
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and sales teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company s market presence and brand reputation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical, electrical, petroleum or mechatronics
  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the engineering or contracting industry.
  • Car Owner special package is included
  • native or very good English command.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Egyptian electromechanical contracting and supplies market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or industry events as required.
