Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electromechanical contracting and supplies sector specially spiral wound gaskets, insulation joints and kits along expansion joints.
- customers knock-on door visits and follow up meetings.
- develop sales and marketing plans

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and sales teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company s market presence and brand reputation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical, electrical, petroleum or mechatronics
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the engineering or contracting industry.
- Car Owner special package is included
- native or very good English command.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
- Strong understanding of the Egyptian electromechanical contracting and supplies market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or industry events as required.
