Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and digital campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and more to drive engagement, growth, and conversions
- Manage scheduling, publishing, and engagement using social media management tools
- Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and translate data into actionable insights
- Create and implement nationwide advertising strategies to support brand visibility and conversion goals
- Develop and maintain SEO strategies, including writing and optimizing blog content to increase organic traffic to the e-commerce platform
- Collaborate with CRM teams to improve lead prioritization, campaign performance tracking, and ROI analysis
- Launch and monitor digital email marketing campaigns in alignment with online privacy and CAN-SPAM regulations
- Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, managing everything from concept to results analysis
- Initiate KPI monitoring frameworks, set baseline performance goals, and define milestones for improvement
- Continuously optimize lead generation and marketing communication methods for compliance and impact
Requirements:
- 2 4 years of proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or social media strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in campaign strategy and execution, ideally within a digital-first or consumer brand environment
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
- Proficient in interpreting analytics data and using insights to inform decisions
- Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
