Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead civil engineering projects related to building maintenance, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.

  • Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to ensure safety and compliance.

  • Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.

  • Manage contractors and vendors for civil works and ensure timely project delivery.

  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (MEP, HVAC, etc.) for integrated facility solutions.

  • Develop preventive maintenance schedules for civil infrastructure.

  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

  • Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and client use.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (Master s preferred) with UPDA/MMUP registration.

Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in facilities management.

Strong knowledge of building systems, construction materials, and maintenance practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.

Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
