Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent; Chartered/Professional License preferred.
- 14+ years experience, including 7+ years in similar commercial/project management roles; regional experience preferred.
- Oversee commercial strategy, cost control, and financial management for pipeline and infrastructure projects.
- Manage procurement, contracts, tendering, and reporting for major drainage and utilities works.
- Lead contract administration, commercial risk management, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Provide expert advice on claims, contract negotiations, and financial compliance.
