Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall civil construction activities on site for highrise towers.
- Oversee project execution, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi construction codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Manage contractor and subcontractor performance and reporting.
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in highrise building projects.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Deep knowledge of construction standards, codes, and contract management.
