Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Lead all contract management activities for large-scale Oil & Gas projects. Ensure contractual compliance, mitigate commercial risks, and protect company interests. Work closely with project, procurement, legal, and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Manage contract administration, including change orders, variations, claims, and amendments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and relevant laws/regulations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
  • Advise project teams on contract interpretation, obligations, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in contracts management for Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, PSA) and commercial law.
  • Proven expertise in claims management, change orders, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems.
