What's On Your Plate?
- Reach high engagement on regional social media channels by understanding platform nuances and audience behavior.
- Deliver consistent and relevant content for campaigns and planned calendars.
- Roll out engaging toolkits and cross-market best practices through proactive collaboration with markets.
- Spot trends, add local relevance, and jump on timely trends or unexpected asks.
- Approach content creation with empathy and insight, ensuring content is authentic and relevant.
- Drive measurable growth in shares and engagement rate; proactively create kits aligned with brand tone.
- Create content ideas around constraints, adapting quickly for cultural fit or limited assets.
- Maintain strong cross-functional coordination, forward planning, and visibility for smoother execution.
- Independently manage regional content calendars and own key campaign moments, aligning content with broader brand and social strategies.
- Lead low- or no-cost initiatives showing a strong performance mindset to impact customer journey and brand affinity.
- Act as a go-to for reactive content, support influencer onboarding, and mentor peers through best practice sharing.
- Proactively fill content gaps and bring a creative problem-solving lens to every challenge.
- Directly drive KPIs and influence both visual and messaging tone.
