We re looking for a Senior Coordinator Quality Control to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store tMart , which is the region s first cloud store concept offering 30-minutedelivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!

You will be incharge of managing quality of inbound/outbound products in the warehouse as per the quality standards set by the company

What s On Your Plate?

• Oversees quality, freshness, and food safety of products in a distribution center as they flow from suppliers through distribution centers to stores.

• Inspect quality of adequate samples of inbound and outbound warehouse products to ensure predefined quality standards are met

• Ensures 3rd party compliance with company policies and procedures for all activities related to stock management (inbound, storage, handling and outbound)

• Communicate with the commercial team regarding quality of products being received into the distribution center

• Conduct cycle counts

• Conduct regular check on ready to ship orders

• Report/Escalate any major issues noticed to IC management in a timely manner

• Monitoring performance of warehouse activities and practices, and preparing management and technical reports

• Determine/Recommend required enhancements and/or training needs for 3rd party staff and discuss with management

• Assess/Review implementation of approved policies & procedures and quality standards
