Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with the approved cost baseline.
- Prepare, review, and update cost reports, including actual vs. forecasted costs.
- Track project expenses and ensure compliance with cost control procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams to verify and validate cost data.
- Analyze variances and identify areas of cost overrun or savings.
- Review and recommend approval for subcontractors and suppliers invoices.
- Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and cost estimations.
- Maintain up-to-date records for all cost-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly progress reports and presenting findings to management.
- Participate in project planning, budgeting, and risk analysis activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in cost control within contracting or construction companies is required.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, forecasting, and project financials.
- Proficiency in Excel, cost control software, and ERP systems (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
