Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Cost Performance Coordinator responsible for monitoring, consolidating, and analyzing costs within internal projects. You will play a central role in economic performance and control of financial indicators.
Missions of the position
- Consolidate and update project-related cost data.
- Analyze variances, identify sources of variation, and propose optimization avenues.
- Coordinate exchanges with various internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present cost reports at each project phase.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and analysis processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bac+5 in engineering (automotive, industrial, or equivalent).
- Experience: Junior to 1 to 3 years of experience in cost monitoring, data management, or project management.
- Proficiency in Excel, good analytical skills, and rigor.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Notions in data visualization, VBA or Python.
