Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring.
• Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize project costs and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project expenditures and compare actual costs against planned budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Review contractor payment applications, variations, and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of BOQs and cost-related documentation.
• Support contract administration activities, including change management and cost impact assessments.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to gather cost data and validate project expenditures.
• Prepare regular cost reports, financial analyses, and recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of all cost-related documentation and approvals.
