Roles & Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  1. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with landlords and tenants to foster trust and satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with both parties to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  2. Property Handover Management:
    • Oversee the property handover process, ensuring units are received from landlords and delivered to tenants in proper condition.
    • Inspect properties during handover to verify that they are damage-free, both when delivered to tenants and returned to landlords at the end of the lease.
  3. Issue Resolution:
    • Act as the first point of contact for any disputes or problems that may arise between landlords and tenants.
    • Mediate conflicts and provide timely, effective solutions to maintain harmony and satisfaction.
  4. Service Feedback:
    • Make daily calls to landlords and tenants to gather feedback and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
    • Document feedback and work with internal teams to enhance service quality.
  5. Coordination:
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and support teams, to address and resolve any issues related to the properties.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of communications, property handovers, and any issues or resolutions for future reference.
    • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You're a perfect match if you have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Management, or Real Estate Services.
  • Proficiency in using systems like CRM, ERP, or Ticketing / Support Case Systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Proven ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage the property handover process.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or property management is a plus.
