Desired Candidate Profile
Advanced machine learning & statistical modeling
Strong programming skills (Python, SQL) and data engineering knowledge
Business acumen to translate problems into data-driven solutions
Effective communication & storytelling for non-technical audiences
Experience with MLOps & model deployment in production environments
