Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in software delivery, project management, or engineering management.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Familiarity with software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS delivery models.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities with a focus on team coordination.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage risks and resolve conflicts effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Job Description

  1. Assign, monitor, and track development tasks across the engineering team.
  2. Manage project schedules, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  3. Prepare and submit regular performance and delivery reports to top management.
  4. Coordinate with the Product Manager to align delivery milestones with the product roadmap.
  5. Collaborate with the Tech Lead , System Architect to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with coding,security standards.
  6. Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  7. Ensure effective use of Agile,Scrum methodologies to drive productivity and transparency.
  8. Facilitate communication across engineering, QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure smooth releases.
