Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all civil and architectural site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Review and interpret civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Ensure site works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance.
Manage day-to-day site operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
Coordinate between design and construction teams to avoid conflicts and delays.
Monitor project schedules, track progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Verify quantities, measurements, and work completed for contractor payments.
Identify design discrepancies and propose practical site solutions.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting systems,
