Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead complex mechanical design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Perform detailed engineering analyses, including FEA, CFD, and tolerance stack-up, to optimize designs and predict performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a strong foundation is key.

  • Holds relevant professional certifications (e.g., PE) demonstrating a commitment to engineering excellence.

  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, showcasing a proven track record.

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of industry-specific experience, e.g. automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing.
