Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for various projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct detailed engineering analyses, including calculations, simulations, and modeling, to optimize designs for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, civil, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution and integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles.

  • Holds relevant professional certifications, such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design, analysis, and project management.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of industry-specific standards and regulations, such as ASME, ISO, and relevant building codes.
