Sr. Engineer - Mechanical Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC., Riyadh

Supervise and manage mechanical installation works including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and specialized mechanical systems

Ensure mechanical works are executed as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements

Plan daily and weekly work activities and allocate manpower and resources effectively

Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for compliance and constructability

Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, ELV, civil, and architectural teams to resolve clashes

Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical solutions to site issues

Implement quality control procedures for mechanical works

Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs) and ensure timely approvals

Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems

Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals

Ensure mechanical activities comply with project HSE requirements

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices on-site

Identify and mitigate mechanical-related safety risks

Monitor progress of mechanical works against the approved schedule

Identify delays or constraints and propose corrective actions

Coordinate material delivery and installation sequencing

Supervise foremen, technicians, and subcontractors executing mechanical works

Evaluate subcontractor performance and productivity

Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior engineers

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

Maintain records of inspections, tests, and approvals

Support variation, claim, and final account documentation related to mechanical works
